Hi, my name is Mikayla (left) and welcome to my blog! Thin and Strong is a site I setup that offers advice, tips, motivation, and helpful articles on weight loss, health, and fitness. I’ve learned so much and want to share my journey, inspiration, motivation, and knowledge of clean eating and a healthier lifestyle with the world.
I started my weight loss journey in June 2011 at 163 lbs wanting to lose 25-30lbs.
